    Responsibilities:

    As a member of the customer service team, the Customer Service Representative brings expertise by:

    • Taking orders for all our divisions;
    • Providing outstanding customer service in addition to playing an advisory role to customers;
    • Following up with customers/sellers on order reception and invoicing;
    • Being solutions-oriented to contribute to the pursuit of our mission of excellence;
    • Establishing pricing for certain products;
    • Suggesting substitute products to satisfy the customer.
    Requirements:

    To perform well, you must:

    • Be a quick learner who is sharp-minded and adaptable;
    • Be motivated by a large quantity of orders and able to work quickly;
    • Be a team player who thrives on challenges - because together, we're stronger
    • Be able to communicate well in English AND French (advanced level);
    • Have a natural aptitude for sales and a passion for customer service;
    • Be comfortable working with computers.
