Analyst, Revenue Operations Reporting


Job Summary


As a Revenue Operations Reporting & Analytics Analyst, you will support Revenue Operations in enabling a comprehensive metrics framework, ensuring consistent metric measurement methodologies, embedding regular and accurate measurement against OKRs, KPIs, or targets to support GTM stakeholder needs, and promoting interoperable practices that drive data-driven decisions that lead to predictable revenue acceleration and optimized customer experiences.


This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to implement a comprehensive metrics framework, communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and continuously monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.


Responsibilities
Metrics Exploration

  • Assist in identifying trends or anomalies in the data and make recommendations to improve performance based on analysis. Ensure that data is used effectively to measure our progress and make informed decisions
Metrics Reporting

  • Ensures key performance indicators are regularly identified, tracked, and reported. This involves working closely with other departments to determine what metrics are most important to measure success and then developing systems to collect and analyze the data. This role will help build, maintain, and improve analytics products in Tableau to enable automated selfservice reporting in partnership with our Reporting team
Stakeholder Management

  • Reaches out to stakeholders to clarify requests and debriefs with stakeholders to explain metrics definitions and reporting capabilities. Proactively seeks clarity, defines, and documents metrics to enable and mature metrics over time in line with needs
Collaboration

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure metric alignment and support strategic goals and objectives. Foster relationships and trust in metrics across stakeholders
Communication

  • Comfortable sharing findings clearly and effectively with stakeholders across the organization, driving alignment and enabling measurement of diverse goals and objectives. Able to present and share ideas with different levels of leadership

Qualifications

  • 1+ experience with Revenue Operations metrics and how these align with OKRS, KPIs, and targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to correlate highvolume data across different data sets
  • Tableau or similar visualization tools with experience working with live data models
  • Solid experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to document concisely
  • Resultsfocused, highly organized, detailoriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess solid time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or equivalent preferred.
  • Global experience preferred.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
