    Description

    A new and exciting 'administrative' job opportunity is now available in Southern Alberta We are a small,15 year old company with operations in the US and Canada, that puts Family and Team first.

    Working full-time at the head office/warehouse in Pincher Creek is required.
    Responsible for providing general office support, helping all departments in achieving their goals
    Write and distribute emails, correspondence letters, agreements and contracts
    Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls, and messages
    Order office supplies
    Other administrative duties as required
    Strong technical skills including use of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
    Communicates well on the phone
    Is able to multi-task and is computer savvy
    Can work full time at the office
    Full training will be provided.
