Modelling Zooplankton in the Salish Sea, Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences, UBC

Position Summary

Qualifications:

PhD in biological oceanography or a closely related field, with minimum 5 years postdoctoral experience
Proficiency using model analysis tools, with the ability to develop analysis pipelines using Python for time series of threedimensional data comparing multiple ocean fields.
An excellent record of research competence demonstrated by the ecological analysis of zooplankton dynamics using _in situ_ observations, satellite observations and model output and by publication of those analyses in the peerreviewed international scientific literature.
Ability to develop innovative and realistic/deliverable solutions to problems
