Responsibilities:
Cut meats into desired pieces (steaks, roasts)
- Cut meats into smaller pieces (chops, slices)
- Cut meats into smaller pieces (tongs, slabs)
- Clean work stations and tools after use
- Stock inventory as needed
Skills:
Ability to cut all types of meat (steaks, roasts)
