Development of a Smart EV Charging Platform

Job summary
We are building Makasi Swap, a smart energy distribution network using plug-and-play EV charging sockets with 4G SIM cards for electric motorcycle charging in Tanzania.We need a full-stack development team or experienced individual to build:
A mobile app for users (BodaBoda riders)
An app for local merchants (Wakala)
A backend system to manage IoT devices and energy data
A payment integration system (with mobile money like M-Pesa)
A commission and usage tracking dashboard
The system must allow real-time control and tracking of the smart sockets, trigger socket activation only after mobile payment, and automatically split commissions between us and the local merchants.
