    Ad Quality Coordinator –Supports the Ad Quality division of the Exchange Quality Department by performing daily specialized campaign association processes, and auditing before and after activation to ensure demand meets or exceeds all applicable regulations and Index Exchange quality guidelines.

    The Ad Quality Specialist plays an integral role in the Exchange Quality department by ensuring all eligible demand is activated while upholding Index Exchange's commitment to providing a clean and transparent exchange.

    This is a contract role start from June 3rd, 2024 to December 31st, 2024. Sunday-Thursday 3:00 AM-11:00 AM EST
    Sunday-Thursday 11:00 PM -7:00 AM EST
    Efficient management of daily campaign assignments.
    Accuracy of creative assessments and classifications.
    Thoroughness of insights and analysis shared with internal and external stakeholders.
    Quality of output of project work assigned.
    Review and audit campaigns and creatives to ensure accuracy and compliance with Index Exchange policies and quality standards.

    Address sensitive content which may be graphic, violent or hateful, include offensive or derogatory language or other potentially distressing material.

    Applies various tools & techniques to help troubleshoot campaigns and creative when required, helping to resolve campaign issues in a timely manner and as assigned.

    Respond and resolve issues and inquiries related to demand that may violate Index Exchange policies and/or acceptance criteria.
    Support group project opportunities to build process improvements, effectively managing and prioritizing multiple deadlines at once.

    Acquire and maintain expertise with Index Exchange proprietary workflow tools for creative preview and campaign management, as well as third party business intelligence tools like Looker.

    Skilled in synthesizing analysis into actionable recommendations.
    ~ 1+ years of experience in a software company or Ad Tech industry.
    ~3-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
