General Labourer

Seeking out individual who is interested in assisting in general labour for a tile and bathroom renovation company. Individual must have desire / interest in learning how to tile set. Chosen individual will assist in setup and cleanup of site (sweeping, gathering/putting tools away, washing out mortar buckets etc.) Individual will also work along side assisting in various construction based tasks


Requirements:

• Experience as a general labourer in construction/ renovation setting or similar
• Familiarity in hand tools
• Proficient in flooring installation and tile laying techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Attention to detail and precision in tile placement
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Work alongside owner to learn the ins and outs of tile setting. Apprentice Like* postion.

Purpose of this position is to start out as a general labourer assisting our tile setters, then moving up to become a tile setter.

Salary:
$23.00-$28.00 per hour
