The Director of Labour Relations will be responsible for developing labour policies, negotiating collective bargaining agreements with the union and acting as a spokesperson in negotiating collective agreements pertaining to the terms and conditions of employment.
Responsibilities also include providing advice, direction, support and coaching on all HR people-related matters, and establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with non-union and union leaders.
