We are looking for a skilled Part-Time Maintenance Worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs, lawn maintenance, and cleaning. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess experience with various maintenance duties. Solid technical knowledge, manual dexterity, and physical stamina are essential. $21 - $23 hourly

Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning activities such as dishwasher maintenance, vacuuming, and garbage disposal
• Conduct minor fixes on items ranging from locks to walls
• Check and maintain major building systems, including control panels and electrical wiring
• Install and assemble furniture, wall hangings, and other equipment
• Conduct minor repairs on security systems, wireless networks, and other specialized equipment
• Maintain landscaping, including lawn mowing and trash collection
• Patch and paint as needed
• Book service repairs and organize garage and storage spaces
• Ensure regular maintenance of company vehicles
• Execute all maintenance worker responsibilities at all facilities

Office Responsibilities:

• Handle orders
• Manage deliveries, including post office runs and promotional item pickups
• Deliver items to special events
• Serve as backup for sign and lockbox management
• Perform minor repairs at listings as required
• Light cleaning

• Proven experience in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of an apprenticeship is preferred
• Transportation required, valid driver's license, ability to trailer equipment to multiple sites
