- Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during dinner service.
- Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.
- Serve and clear all food & beverage items.
- Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned.
- Set all tables according to standards.
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests, as well as be able to answer any guest questions about the menu.
- Break down displays or side stations.
- Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience.
- At least 2 years' experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or a hotel, preference is given to candidates with fine-dining experience.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
- Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
- Ability to work in Canada.

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the full-time, Seasonal Sidecut Server Assistant.

Hourly Wage: $ $19.00
What you will do:
The Sidecut Steakhouse Server Assistant is responsible for anticipating and servicing the guests' requirements before the guest requests. They will serve and clear all food & beverage items, complete opening and closing side work as assigned, and have all tables set according to standards. Sidecut Steakhouse is a casual upscale dining experience. Our guests enjoy the depth of wine and food knowledge our team has, along with their exceptional service and general enjoyment of the work environment.
