Purpose of Role:

_ The training and development manager primarily designs workplace training sessions for the Services and Support Team and other teams requiring Technical Knowledge about Motion Metrics Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs, including theoretical and handson evaluations.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, jobshadowing, online training).
  • Design and deliver elearning courses, workshops, and other training.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Full professional English proficiency, a second or third language is a plus.
  • Possess excellent time management skills and be resultsdriven.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with elearning platforms and practices
  • Computerbased training software experience
  • Presentation software experience
  • Knowledge of personnel procedures and human resources
  • Availability and willingness to travel frequently, including extended stays in mining locations.
