MapYourProperty, in collaboration with a consortium of NGOs, has recently built an end-to-end intelligence platform to inform the affordable housing sector in an attempt to address the housing crisis in Canada.

• Working on exciting projects that will transform the clean tech and affordable housing industries and contribute to these key issues

• Research and identify grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources including RFPs
• Develop compelling grant proposals, including narratives, budgets and supporting materials, tailored to the guidelines and requirements of each funding opportunity
• Manage the endtoend grant submission process
• Monitor and track grant deliverables and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with grant guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with funders, grantmaking organizations and other key stakeholders
• Seek feedback and edits from team members as well as external advisors and stakeholders on funding submissions

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred (Communications, Social Sciences, Business or other related field)
• 3+ years of experience in grant writing, with demonstrable success in securing grants from various sources
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive grant proposals
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other grant solicitation processes considered an asset
