Description
The role of a Helping Hands Doula includes:
- aiding in postpartum recovery
- facilitating education and mentoring new parents
- compassionate companionship with new parents
- respite to encourage support of mental wellness
- infant feeding instruction and assistance
- responsible for traveling to client's home to provide services
- desire to participate in continuing education is a must
- working as a team with flexible scheduling options (full time/part time)
- opportunities for personal and professional growth
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- GTA, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
