Responsibilities:


  • Dispatch calls to drivers
  • Working directly with customers to book a variety of services
  • Working directly with drivers in all locations, giving call information and problem solving
  • Operate walkup window to process payments and impound lot incoming and outgoing.
  • Maintaining professional customer service with team members, partners & customers
  • Audit prices on calls and take payments for drivers
  • Actively assess calls and urgency and update information accordingly

Requirements:


  • Vehicle knowledge an asset.
  • Must have exceptional computer & typing skills
  • Able to work effectively under sudden stressful situations
  • Have excellent communication skills dealing with customers, drivers, coworkers, team members and management.
  • Able to work without supervision.
  • Able to work cooperatively within a team environment
  • Strong Multitasker and Positive Attitude
  • Strong Organizing Skills
  • Experience in towing industry is a strong asset
  • Able to deal with the RCMP and Roadside assistance companies

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
