What you will do

  • Monitoring a team shared mailbox
  • Following up with Client Relationship Managers for client signatures on required contractual material
  • Preparing signed legal documents and submitting them to applicable government offices
  • Handling plan sponsor requests for member booklet orders
  • Maintain statistical tracking for legal files and outstanding documentation

What you will bring

  • Working knowledge of OmniRIM & GPAS is a definite asset
  • Demonstrates aboveaverage accuracy and performance in current role
  • Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
  • Attentive to detail and timely execution
  • Comfortable communicating with a variety of internal business partners
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Organized and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player
  • Able to prove reliable and dependable working habits
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
