Job summary

We are seeking a qualified Shipping/ Receiving Coordinator to work out of our head office branch in Delta BC. You will be responsible for administrative human resource duties for 10 branches and growing Most of the work is office-based but you may spend some time outside checking trucks or containers

Responsibilities

  • Provide coverage for four traffic desks when coordinators are away Intown Out of Province Pool Trucks Incoming Freight Coordinate shipping and receiving activities including scheduling pickups and deliveries Prepare review shippingand receiving documents such as Bills of Lading
