We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our management team in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will support the management teams with overall administrative and coordination tasks that relate to the upcoming and on-going projects.
You are also expected to take lead on certain components of the projects, that including:
- Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues relating to the projects
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project
- Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Travel to site and ensure project parameters are being met (~ 23 times / week)
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of construction principles required
- Mature interpersonal skills, including strong clientfacing skills
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong command of the English language is expected
- Ability to pay attention to detail in a dynamic work environment
- Selfstarter, highly motivated and organized
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong computer skills and experience having worked with multiple Project Management platform strongly desired

Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary:
From $21.00 per hour
