We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our management team in the construction industry.

The role would require you to have a dynamic set of skills; we seek an organized individual competent at all aspects of project administration and coordination.

This position is permanent, part-time with the possibility of full-time, based on performance.

Responsibilities


As a Project Coordinator, you will support the management teams with overall administrative and coordination tasks that relate to the upcoming and on-going projects.

You will collaborate with project personnel to ensure project performance is optimal.

You are also expected to take lead on certain components of the projects, that including:


  • Ensuring project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
  • Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
  • Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues relating to the projects
  • Solving any issues that may arise during the project
  • Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
  • Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
  • Travel to site and ensure project parameters are being met (~ 23 times / week)

Required Skills:


  • Basic understanding of construction principles required
  • Mature interpersonal skills, including strong clientfacing skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong command of the English language is expected
  • Ability to pay attention to detail in a dynamic work environment
  • Selfstarter, highly motivated and organized
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Strong computer skills and experience having worked with multiple Project Management platform strongly desired

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-30 per week


Salary:
From $21.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
