Summary of Responsibilities


This position will be responsible for the successful end to end processing and fulfillment of all eCommerce orders routed to YMCA by Kibo (eCommerce partner).

This includes tracking and monitoring all order transactions, working cross functionally to ensure financial credit is properly assigned. Participate in pick, pack and ship functions of orders assigned for Yamaha Motor Canada fulfillment. Coordinate dealer and customer contacts and inquiries to assist with tracking, returns and other concerns as needed.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate order processing of assigned ecommerce orders on a daily basis. Fulfill online orders based on inventory availability and prepare shipment paperwork. Pick, pack and prepare for shipment eCommerce orders. Prioritize tasks to ensure positive customer experience and complete fulfillment processing to ensure timely delivery of all eCommerce orders.
  • Closely monitor and update orders transaction with tracking numbers, as well as following up on backorder status with ETA. Review item cancellation, discontinuation and returns to issue refund to customers. Provide tracking support for internal and external parties for all eCommerce orders
  • Provide analysis of eCommerce fulfillment on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with marketing and eCommerce provider to consolidate performance data and metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements and/or Experience Requirements

Degree/Diploma:High School Diploma (minimum)/Business Administration

  • Bilingual (EN/FR)
  • Ability to organize, manage time and work with mínimal supervision while meeting objectives.
  • Ability to solve problems with a desire to learn, grow and develop skillset.
  • Selfmotivated, and ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
  • Computer skills required, MS Office 365.
