Security Guard - Team Lead - Edmonton City Centre


Typical Job Duties:


  • Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Directing all activities of Paladin personnel under your care
  • Performing regular inspectations of property
  • Implement instructions as provided by the following; Property Management Team, Property Security Management, Paladin Managment, Contract Manager, and Sites Supervisor
  • Fully training all Paladin Security personnel in accordance with site standards
  • Completing and submitting reports in accordance with site standards
  • Managing and correcting any definiencies in dress and deportment of any Paladin Security Personnel

Requirements:


  • A Valid Security license is considered an asset
  • Must be bondable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including working on a computer
  • Speak, read and write English fluently
  • Have reliable transportation
