    Responsibilities:
    Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
    Collaborate with the project management team, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.
    Lead a dedicated project team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    Coordinate with trades and foster strong relationships to optimize project efficiency.


    Skills and
    Experience:


    Construction Expertise:
    Demonstrated experience managing high-rise construction projects from initiation to completion.

    Leadership:
    Proven ability to lead project teams effectively and achieve project goals.

    Communication:
    Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades.

    Experience:

    Minimum of 10+ years in a project management role within the construction industry, preferably with experience in high-rise construction.


    Education:
    Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.


    Extra consideration will be given to candidates with experience in project management, high-rise construction, scheduling, and commercial or industrial construction.
