St Joseph's Health Centre Unity Health Toronto is looking for a Pharmacy Technical Grad to assist for a period of 6 months (with possible extension) in preparing the pharmacy department to be barcode ready in advance of the implementation of Barcode Medication Administration.
This role will focus on ensuring medications that are not received with Barcode are barcoded appropriately. The role will also require capturing workload metrics for future budget planning.- In process of completing a CCAPP Accredited Pharmacy Technician program.
- Membership with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
- Computer skills required. Must be proficient with MS Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player, reliable, accurate and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Satisfactory attendance record.
