Part-Time Field Sales Representative (Spanish Speaker)

Responsibilities:

Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and meet sales targets in designated markets
Identify and pursue potential clients in assigned territories
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
Provide technical sales support and product demonstrations to potential customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM system
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote company products and services
Work with the business development team to develop strategies for market expansion

Requirements:

23 years of proven experience in outside sales or related field
Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Spanish required
Technical aptitude to understand and effectively communicate product features and benefits
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities
Must have a car and valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

We offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary of $16.50/hour plus commission, health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
