Our client is a boutique advisory firm that partners with global private equity investors and corporate development teams primarily within the technology sector Acting as a strategic extension of their clients investment teams they focus on identifying and cultivating middle-market acquisition opportunities This is a high-growth environment where entrepreneurial thinking accountability and strong execution are highly valued About the Role We are hiring a Senior Associate M&A to support deal sourcing and execution efforts This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting enjoys proactive outreach and wants meaningful exposure to M&A strategy transaction processes What You ll Do Develop maintain target company lists aligned with client investment criteria Execute structured outbound campaigns across multiple channels Engage founders executives board members advisors in discussions around strategic transactions Qualify opportunities generate actionable deal flow Assist advance opportunities from initial discussion through preliminary agreement Conduct high-level financial analysis build simplified financial models Coordinate communication between buyers sellers maintain momentum Support preparation indicative offers related materials Identify improve sourcing efficiency automation workflow enhancements Evaluate implement tools streamline outreach tracking Contribute ideas origination strategy scalability
