Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal; Must have excellent organizational skills;
  • Must be able to work independently; Ability to multitask effectively under pressure; Ability to work independently on assignments without supervision while working with a team; Ability to learn new software programs quickly;
  • Property Management or experience in a Real Estate Office or new home site preferred.
  • Experience with Yardi and/or Yuhu preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, Powerpoint]

Responsibilities:


  • Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, scanning, copying, mail delivery, etc.
  • Maintain a professional appearance of the office areas as well as your own personal appearance.
  • Complete any work required in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision;
  • Ability to multitask; ability to prioritize work; to complete assignments with deadlines; handle sensitive information;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills; detail oriented with organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Answer phones and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule or reschedule appointments for Leasing Consultants
  • Manage office supplies and equipment including brochures, beverages, WOW fridge supplies
  • Inspect model suites and report deficiencies
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Report traffic from all media sources on a daily/weekly basis
  • Ensure all tenant information is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with other team members including Leasing Consultants, Resident Services Coordinator and Senior Property Manager
  • Provide property management office administration and maintenance support
  • Rent Collection and Arrears Management preparing and mailing rent notices, entry of rental & other payments into Yardi, serving all legal notices in relation to nonpayment of rent and other related issues under the RTA
  • Preparation of monthly aged accounts receivable report for posting on office network
  • Preparation of monthly tenant turnover reports
  • Control the collection of all monthly rent, overdue rent, and tenant charges back
  • Annual Rent Review process sending, receiving, processing all yearly rent reviews
  • Customer Service and Tenant Liaison
  • Providing exceptional service and responding to tenant inquiries on a timely basis
  • Providing various daily, weekly and monthly Management reporting
  • Provide administrative support to the

Property Manager:
prepare correspondence for property manager and notices to tenants

  • Work Order Processing and Maintenance Management distributing work orders to superintendents, receiving and updating work orders on a daily basis.
  • Processing Vendor and Contractor invoices, including matching invoices with back up quotes and verification of accuracy, as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
