CiviClaim helps restoration and remediation contractors stop losing money on insurance claims.

Our founder has the expertise and the offer — what we need is consistent, professional presence in front of the right contractors every single day.


This role owns that presence:

building awareness in the communities where our clients live, generating qualified leads through direct outreach, and representing CiviClaim as a trusted authority in the restoration industry.

You are not a graphic designer or a brand agency. You are a focused outreach engine — part community manager, part prospector, part content publisher. Success in this role is measured in booked discovery calls and contractor engagement, not follower counts or post aesthetics.

Core Responsibilities

  • Social Media Content & Community (Facebook + LinkedIn)
Publish 4–5 educational posts per week across Facebook restoration groups and LinkedIn
Monitor and respond to comments, questions, and DMs in restoration contractor Facebook groups (5–8 active groups)
Identify contractors venting about adjuster problems or claim denials — DM with a genuine, helpful response that introduces CiviClaim naturally
Maintain a consistent posting calendar approved by founder — no improvising on brand voice or messaging
Repurpose founder insights and talking points into posts — you don't need to invent content, you need to package and publish it consistently


  • Cold Outreach via (Training Provided)
Build and maintain targeted lead lists of restoration and remediation contractors using
Load and manage the 6-email cold outreach sequence — schedule sends, monitor replies, flag interested leads immediately to founder
Log all contact activity in HighLevel CRM — every email, every reply, every status change
Hit a minimum of 50 new cold emails sent per day during active outreach weeks
Identify and remove bounced emails and invalid contacts from sequences to protect sender reputation


  • Lead Tracking & CRM Management
Ensure every new contact enters HighLevel before first outreach — no leads managed outside the CRM
Update pipeline stages as leads respond, book calls, or go cold
Flag any contractor who replies positively to founder within 30 minutes — speed of response is a competitive advantage
Maintain a clean lead list — remove duplicates, update contact info, note engagement history

Weekly report to founder:
posts published, emails sent, replies received, leads flagged, discovery calls attributed to outreach.
1-page weekly summary.
Monthly
Pull full Apollo sequence performance report: open rates, reply rates, click rates by email. Identify which email is underperforming and flag for rewrite.
Monthly performance report.

Audit Facebook group presence:
which groups are producing DM conversations? Which are dead? Recommend additions or removals.
Group audit memo to founder.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
