Job Title:
Data Integration Analyst
Purpose of the Job:
Support and resolve a variety of technical issues relating to IT infrastructure and integrating various database software in our current business environment.
Duties and Essential Job Functions:
- Support and maintenance of onpremises servers and associated databases (SQL, ESSBase)
- Create, store, update and perform query's of data on various software that uses SQL databases
- Microsoft Power BI experience
- Strong Excel experience
- Configure new equipment ensuring software and security compliance
- Troubleshoot all technology issues involving computer hardware and software, and diagnoses problems
- Maintain and support Networking Switches and Firewall
- Managing new user accounts and configuring user permissions in MRP and PLM systems
- Oversee and implement any Network infrastructure upgrades and changes
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Monitoring and using ticketing system
- Providing technical support across the company, in person or remotely
- Testing new technology
- Managing remote locations
- Liaison with 3rdparty IT supporting Team
- Ability to be oncall when needed outside of dedicated working hours
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Other IT projects as they arise
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing and/or office environment
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- CCNA and/or MSCE certification would be consider an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Administering ERP Systems such as Infor's SyteLine 10
- Administering a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) would be an asset
- Knowledge on SQL databases. Ability to create, edit and manage SQL's databases across multiple platforms
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere
- Ability to adapt and function in changing or elevated pressure situations
- Great communication skills (literacy, technical literacy, verbal and written). INOVA is a multinational, multilanguage organization and does business primarily in English, fluency in additional languages is considered an asset

- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
