    The Electrical Engineering position is in the Trail, BC office.

    It is not a remote position and requires the right candidate to be able to be in the Trail, BC office a minimum of two days per week to satisfy our hybrid work model.

    Rossland, Fruitvale, and Castlegar, BC are surrounding cities to the Trail, BC office that have a variety of outdoor activities.

    The Trail office's social committee hosts a variety of regular events that include biking, climbing, hiking, skiing/snowboarding, board games, and more The Trail, BC office is an inclusive environment with a strong sense of community.

    Contribute to the various stages ofproject execution, mainly in the utility sector, including proposals, analysisstudies for industrial power systems, detailed engineering, equipmentspecifications, site surveys, site monitoring and commissioning of electricalequipment
    Be responsible for technicalcoordination and supporting project management tasks
    Leading juniorengineers in training.
    Perform site inspections;
    Perform testing and commissioning at client sites, locally and abroad;
    Create project scope of services, budgets and schedules,
    Do yourqualities match our corporate culture?
    Possesses functional and technical skills, and an ability to learn;
    Electrical Engineering Degree, or similar;
    Experience preparing and reviewing technical documents such as reports, specifications, studies, plans, calculation notes and instructions;
    Experience preparing and reviewing project estimates;
    Knowledge of electrical equipment specifications, testing and commissioning;
    Ability to travel on short notice to customer sites and other BBA offices;
    Very good knowledge of MS Office and other database applications.

    BBA considers many factors to determine the annual base salary such as, but no limited to: Location of the position, education, relevant and demonstrated work experience, technical assessment, qualifications, certifications, and other relevant competencies.


    Hybrid work model (2-3 days a week in the office/2-3 days remote work)
    Participation in innovation projects
    Custom training and development plans
