Description

Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Create and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Indian restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:


  • Restaurant management: 5 years (required)
