As a Customer Service Associate you will need to be an enthusiastic person with a great customer focused attiude and with a winning combination of team spirit and desire for career growth, it will ensure a rewarding experience in our Brick loacation.
Customer service person for a Retail Furniture Business is responsible for the following:Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner.
Strong customer service focus.
Team oriented, exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to multi task and maintain organization
Proficiency with computers, flexibility to work evenings and weekends and as required.
Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all guest facing activities
Establish positive rapport with guests when possible
Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the guests
Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
Adherence to all company workplace policies
Must be able to maintain and balance Cash till, take Credit and Finance payments, answer phones and have effective problem solving skills.
Ensure all deliveries are set and confirmed.

$14.50-$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

All customers are required to wear a mask, common surfaces are sanitized regularly.
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
