    A Project Management professional with demonstrated ability to manage a variety of custom fabrication projects simultaneously, delivering on time and on budget. A great troubleshooter adept at finding solutions and solving problems. You thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment.

    Our Project Managers are an integral part of a global team that transforms ideas into experiences. They own multiple projects from concept through production and installation in partnership with a great team. They have a willingness to do whatever needs to be done to get it right.

    A typical day:

    • Prepare detailed project costs, estimates, bills of materials, and work orders
    • Develop and manage project schedules, critical paths, and production plans
    • Lead change management and ensure scope alignment throughout the project lifecycle
    • Oversee production timelines and budgets, ensuring quality and compliance
    • Identify and allocate appropriate resources to meet project requirements
    • Resolve issues proactively and provide strategic solutions
    • Collaborate with Sales and Client Services to define and execute client needs
    • Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.

    Who we are looking for:

    • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in project management in trade shows, exhibitions, or special event displays.
    • Technical knowledge of fabrication, millwork and interior building materials.
    • Ability to work cross functionally with all internal departments.
    • Highly organized, resourceful and solution-oriented.
    • Meticulously organized.
    • Computer savvy. Fluent in spreadsheets and everything Microsoft Office.
    • Values working as part of a team and working collaboratively.
