Description

Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. located at 65 Disco Road in Etobicoke, is looking to fill a Contracts Administrator role for the Contacts Department.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this full-time position will assist with Contracts Department needs related to roofing tenders, bid submissions, RFP's, RFQ's, prequalifications, and contract development, as well as other projects and assignments as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience in a similar environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Postsecondary degree in a related field desirable

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good understanding of construction tender processes;
Proficient is Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy;
Ability to maintain professionalism with high level of integrity;
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment;
Demonstrated willingness to be adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment (frequent interaction with internal departments and operations);
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
Dependability and exceptional attendance is essential.
