Description

Job Objective:
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts.


Responsibilities:


  • Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features
  • Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale by answering telephone, fax and e
- mail inquiries and verifying and entering information

  • Actively seek out new customers by researching organizations, cold calling, responding to customer inquiries, provide customer with product and service information, identify and escalate priority issues and preparing quotations
  • Follow up on job quotes to complete sales and manage client accounts
  • Develops a database of qualified leads
  • Maintain and grow the Social Media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Create, prepare and maintain the monthly newsletter
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Conducting Market Research to develop new and increase market shares and improving sales
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities
  • Achieve sales quotas
  • Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems
  • Assists in the implementation of the company marketing plans as needed, planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Executes the daily operational, daytoday goals and priorities assigned by management
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Attending exhibitions/trade shows as needed
  • Other duties as required

Job Specifications:

  • Proven ability to meet sales expectations
  • MUST have experience in B2B product sales
  • Previous sales experience in Vibration Control products in the HVAC industry is preferred
  • Some technical knowledge of HVAC industry is an asset
  • HVAC industry sales preferred
  • 25 years sales experience in product sales preferred
  • Computer skills, knowledge and experience with MS office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
  • Teamwork, customer oriented and problemsolving skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
