Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
• Utilize hand tools for tasks such as surface cleaning.
• Ensure optimal cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes.
• Assist with lifting of supplies, furniture, or equipment as needed to facilitate cleaning operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address specific cleaning needs or concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards in commercial settings preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to perform lifting safely and handle physical demands of the role.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions.
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards. Job Type: Part-time
