Description

Nail House is seeking a full-time receptionist to work 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday - Friday at our Portage Avenue location located at 3334 Portage Ave.

The receptionist will be the first face of Nail House and will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience.

They will also be responsible for keeping a fast paced salon organized.

The duties of the receptionist will be:

Greeting clients and answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Seating clients
Cleaning tools, supplies and running laundry
Keeping appointments and staff organized
Cleaning work stations and the reception area
Dealing with minor customer service issues and escalating to management when appropriate
Marketing promotions, memberships and reviews

The ability to communicate in Vietnamese or Ukrainian is an asset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
