About the role
We're looking for a
_Analyst, Marketing Analytics_ to join our growing team


Workplace:

Montreal (2020 Robert-Bourassa), Anjou (7101 Jean-Talon E St), Quebec (5700, Des Galeries Blvd), St-Hyacinthe (2450, Girouard W St) or Toronto (700 University Ave).


What you'll do here:


  • Extract, analyze, and report on key data that showcases the effectiveness of Marketing performance, campaigns and tactics.
  • Provide actionable insights to our marketers to improve campaign success
  • Develop, own and execute static/dynamic dashboards, and interactive reports
  • Collaborate with internal data teams to ensure all major datarelated projects are completed optimally & tracked accurately.
  • Identify opportunities for BI development and process automation.
  • Play a lead role in the development and enhancement of Intact's PowerBI reporting function

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business and/or a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence
  • 35 years of experience in Business Intelligence and/or Digital analytics
  • Experience working with web analytics packages (e.g. Primarily using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), and with various marketing channels to scope and implement their technical tracking requirements (pixels, URL tracking, etc.)
  • Knowledge of tag management implementation solutions
  • Experience with BI development and visualization with Power BI is a must.
  • Knowledge of coding/data languages for BI (SQL, Python, R, Java, DAX)
  • Proven analytical thinker with advanced problemsolving skills
  • Ability to transform large volumes of data into clear/concise meaningful insights
  • Translating business requirements into actionable reporting solutions
  • Experience with data mining and data modelling
  • Motivated, selfstarter, independent and proactive
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross functional, hybrid team.
