    The Opportunity:

    The OpenText Professional Services organization enables the success of OpenText customers through the delivery of solutions across the OpenText product portfolio. Recently the organization has shifted focus to the effectiveness of its selling and go to market functions for services products. With this shift comes the need for the improvement and development of data strategies, business intelligence, analytics models, and operational reporting.

    To address this need, OpenText is hiring a PS Sales Lead Analyst in the Professional Services Revenue Operations team. The PS Sales Lead Analyst will report to the VP of WW PS Revenue Operations and will be responsible for managing existing PS pipeline, Bookings and PS Sales performance related analytics. In addition, this role will work closely with PS Sales Field Leadership and the PS Go to Market team to develop new business intelligence models and reporting in connection with campaigns, leads management, services packages selling, growth tracking, seller performance, PS attach trends and selling trends and performance generally. The PS Sales Lead Analyst will represent the PS Organization as the subject matter expert in partnership with the SFDC team, IT team, Data teams, and other cross-functional teams in connection with PS Sales systems, tools, data and platforms, advocating for the needs of the PS Sales team and ensuring desired outcomes are realized.

    The PS Sales Lead Analyst is a newly defined role dedicated to PS sales and critical to the future success of the PS organization. The role will experience frequent engagement with executive management and must be strong voice for the PS field.

    What It Takes:

    • Manage process and reporting activities to include financial, operational, organizational, compliance, efficiency, and others.
    • Complete complex data analytics on data from multiple sources.
    • Develop dashboards and KPI presentations for field and leadership consumption
    • Define, collect and analyze data to provide decision support to senior management.
    • Act as custodian of key financial, operational and fiscal plan data across the PS Sales organization
    • Represent and advocate for the PS Sales team in cross-functional initiatives and projects.
    • Undertake ad hoc strategic, analytics, and program activity.
    • Team player with ability to work well with nationally and internationally disbursed customers and virtual teams.
    • Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

    You are great at:

    • 5+ years of significant experience in providing data analytics
    • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services and Software/SaaS Sales
    • Deep knowledge of both Off Cloud and Cloud professional services business models and delivery practices as well as standard KPIs connected to Professional Services and sales
    • Advanced understanding of data analytics tools
    • Proven track record of working independently in a fast paced environment, providing information as needed, when needed
    • Direct experience with Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage broad range of situations while maintaining objective viewpoint and positive attitude to support Services Business Partners.
    • Success in building trusted relationships with peers and colleagues across an organization
    • Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to work at and with all levels of management
