Ricco Cash & Carry Store Seaforth

is looking for a Management position to be filled

This position will include the following duties:

Production Requirements:


  • Lead the team of production staff in the daily processes of mix production, packaging and cleaning;
  • Coordinate and schedule the activities of production staff team members.
  • Be responsible for the set up procedures and perform set up.
  • Handling of ingredients.
  • Managing supplies, including ordering.
  • Perform specific tasks as part of the cleaning and sanitation of the work area for the next day of production.

Front End Requirements;

  • Scheduling of staff to have store front coverage
  • Ordering of products to fill store and customer orders
  • Entering of products to P.O.S (square)
  • Receiving and putting up orders
  • Responsible for front end displays of promos

Required Qualifications:


  • Bakery Experience
  • Strong leadership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high paced team environment;
  • Must be physically capable of lifting and manually moving products weighing up to 50lbs. in freezer and dry areas
  • Independently motivated
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent Attendance
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Excellent English Oral & Written Communication
  • This position requires willingness and commitment to the 2sides of the business dynamics
