CARPENTER

Reporting to the Maintenance Leader and working as part of the maintenance team, the Carpenter is responsible for building and woodworking projects including renovations and new construction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Unless otherwise stated, the minimum requirements of the above-noted position include that the candidate(s) be able to perform the duties of the position in a safe and efficient manner and be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Current Province of Ontario Certificate of Qualification as a Carpenter, a valid Driver's Licence and a clean driver's abstract are required.

A minimum of 41⁄2 years related experience. The successful candidate must be able to understand and respond to the needs of diverse school communities.

RATE OF PAY : $38.50 per hour
HOURS :
with a 1⁄2 hour unpaid lunch
