As an Automotive Service & Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and helping them with their automotive service needs.

This includes scheduling appointments, explaining repair, suggesting upgrades and maintenance options, and providing estimates for service, parts, accessories and repair work.

You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

As part of our team, your duties will include:

• Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and walk in customers
• Billing and picking parts for service orders and technicians when requested
• Maintaining and monitoring parts inventory to ensure quantities and stocking levels are accurate
• Issuing credits on applicable returns from wholesale and retail customers
• Receiving payments from wholesale and retail customers
• Maintaining department cleanliness ie returning cores and warranty items to Chrysler
• Minimum 2years worth of experience in a Parts or Service Advisor role within a dealership or automotive supplier
• Experience with Chrysler brand an asset
• Superior customer service abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Driven to succeed, selfstarter, with a strong work ethic.
• Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite); experience with PBS and Collision link and multipoint an asset.
• Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract.

Compensation:

• Full time position Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

• Competitive wage based on experience

Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
