  • We are growing To successfully implement our low carbon solutions operation's function, we are looking for a dedicated, committed project leader who can develop and operationalize Enbridge sustain business processes for design & engineering, planning equipment procurement, installation, maintenance, and repair to integrate with our various partners and service providers.

Internally this role is titled as - Senior Advisor, Low Carbon Operations.


Here's what you will do:

  • Create and optimize operational business processes for this new line of business that will govern all steps in a project lifecycle from design to installation, and service & maintenance for all technologies (Solar, Geothermal, Hybrid Heating and EV Charging)
  • Develop relationships with third party providers for work execution. Create develop and implement service level agreements ensuring work has been issued with the appropriate scope and pricing defined.
  • Responsible for overseeing project execution for a portfolio of construction projects in the field, ensuring key deliverables of third parties are met. Accountable as the Enbridge representative to ensure customer satisfaction with project execution.
  • Participate in evaluation of external vendors to select suitable partners, and responsible for subsequent oversight of performance
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and reconcile spend vs. budget
  • Assist in the development in a work and asset management strategy and responsible to ensure Enbridge Sustain processes are implemented as part of the WAMS system.
  • Technical resource for the sales team for any technical questions or project implementation questions.

Who you are:

  • University degree in preferably in (Engineering or STEM related field) along with 6+ years of directly related experience
  • Stellar experience managing 3rd party provider performance
  • Proficient in leading process creation and optimization
  • Strong analytical abilities, leadership, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and project management experience
  • Strong communication and superb relationship building skills
  • Proven Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, i.e. Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred:

  • Experience in operations
  • Knowledge of technology being offered (HVAC, solar, Geothermal)
  • Ability to travel if required

Working Conditions:

  • Standard office environment.
  • Some project implementations occur overnight or on weekends and may need to be available to support and manage project golive.
  • Requires some travel to 3rd party provider locations and customers sites. A valid Ontario G class driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required.
