As our company expands its operations, we are seeking a dynamic Proposal Specialist with a strong emphasis on content management and data analytics.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our proposals through strategic content development and insightful data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling narratives, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to enhance proposal strategies.

As a proposal specialist, you will be part of a team that drives the growth of our client base and helps sustain long-term relationships with existing customers.

You'll work with our sales, account management, and leadership team, as well as operational and technical teams, to turn ideas into proposals that resonate with our clients and reflect the WPO commitment to helping people.

Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive content library to support proposal development efforts.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy and consistency of content.

Tailor content to meet the specific needs and preferences of target audiences, including case studies, testimonials, and value propositions.

Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from past proposals, client feedback, and market trends.
Lead the development of high-quality proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements, win themes, and brand messaging.
Continuously evaluate and improve content templates, proposal outlines, and other tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Track and analyze proposal metrics, such as win rates, to measure the effectiveness of different content approaches and adjust strategies accordingly.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or 5+ years of direct work experience.
~ Competency in working with Word, InDesign, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe.
~ Proven experience in proposal development, content management, and data analytics.
~ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
~Experience with Qvidian (or other content, RFP applications) preferred.
~ Results and quality-driven – not satisfied with producing mediocre work.
~ Confidence in working closely with executive-level staff.
~ The ability to format and help design visually appealing documents.
~ Previous proposal-writing experience is a must.
