What you'll do
- Support the Joint Use Governance Co-Chairs on technical and operations issues/escalations between BC Hydro and
- Develop and maintain strong overall relations and trust with counterparts at TELUS in context of each organizations
- Support priorities and metrics of Joint Use Office.
- Support developing IT vision and priorities related to Joint Use Administration System or other interfaces between the
- Assist in the development of team objectives and performance measurements; and assist in managing the technical and
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen working relationships with internal departments such as Distribution Asset Planning,
- Support and lead business process improvements including change management, process mapping, continual
- Support the adherence to the relevant terms of Joint Ownership and Use Agreement and related business practices.
- Investigates and analyses unusual problems, evaluates risks and applies innovative solutions.
- Seeks new and unique technology, processes and products that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of joint
What you bring
- Bachelor degree or diploma in a relevant discipline such as engineering or commerce.
- Minimum of 10 years progressive utility experience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, including strong interpersonal, business writing, presentation, negotiating, and
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
- Experience with and/or knowledge of the Joint Ownership and Use Agreement will be an asset
- Experience with and/or knowledge of Passport, DAD, SAM, SAP, and JUAS will be an asset.
- Experience working on projects with and for large customers will be an asset.
