Operations Specialist Job Summary

RBC is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Regulatory Services department, you will provide expert support and guidance to clients and business partners. Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Providing extensive end-to-end telephone support for complex, highly regulated products and processes.
2. Demonstrating a long-term perspective in addressing client concerns, taking ownership and accountability for crucial conversations and resolving complex issues outside policy or procedural guidelines.
3. Focusing on achieving established benchmarks for complex client activities, transactions, or processes that contribute to the achievement of business-specific Client Service Commitments (CSCs) and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This role requires a deep understanding of diverse RBC products, processes, services, and systems/applications required to process complex transactions.
