Our Etobicoke-based Ontario branch is currently seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Shipping Coordinator for our Interprovincial moving division. In this role, you will play a vital part in optimizing efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards. This position is open for either full-time or part-time applicants.

Responsibilities as a Shipping Coordinator include:

Efficiently organizing client deliveries
Communicating delivery dates and times to clients
Strategically planning trailer load sequences based on unload order
Overseeing shipment transfers and following checklist procedures to prevent lost items
Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the warehouse facility
Managing paperwork, including collection, filing, and control
Collaborating with move teams to ensure they have all necessary information and resources for success
Reporting on work quality, policy adherence, and team performance
Coordinating with the Operations Manager, Personnel Manager, and company Owner to ensure smooth facility operations

A starting wage of $ $20.00 per hour, based on experience
