Job Purpose


As a Marketing Associate in hematology/oncology, you will be supporting the brand marketing efforts as well as participating in the development of marketing tools, digital campaign and conference planning.

It is a unique opportunity to work on two launch brands


Details (Your Responsibilities):

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to learn about marketing and participate in key activities to progress your career; these responsibilities include, but not limited to the following
-
Brand Marketing Support: Support the execution of key brand marketing priorities by managing internal claims approvals in Veeva and assisting in other tasks as needed.

Marketing Material Development:Support the development of unbranded and branded marketing tools.

Vendor Management: Manage communications and relationships with vendors (e.g. creative agency) to advance and deliver projects in proposed deadlines.

Conference Management: Lead conference sponsorship process with third-party organizations and internal partners

Basic Qualifications:


  • We are looking for professionals with these required skills:_
  • Bachelor or Master's degree
  • This role requires a good understanding of marketing principles as well as scientific and medical information
  • Reliability and punctuality (high level of professionalism)
  • Effective time management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities of increasing scope and complexity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivated, accountable, passionate, committed, invested in the business
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning & organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to identify problems early and seek innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

Preferred Qualifications:


  • MBA
  • Specific training in marketing
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Bilingualism (English / French)
