We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic junior level administrator who thrives working in a dynamic, team environment. In this role, you will report to the Sales Development Manager and will support our US and Canadian Sales teams in the following capacity;
- Be the initial point of contact for customer calls, and triage calls to the appropriate area such as Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Support teams
- Provide reports on nature and frequency of inbound request made by customers to sales leader for the purposes of ongoing improvement
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Obtain missing customer information and answer customer queries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate feedback from customers to sales leaders to ensure issues are address quickly and effectively
- Other projects or assignments to support Sales team
What We Are Looking For:
- 12 years administration experience required
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
