About the Role:_


You will be responsible for helping generate estimates, respond to inquiries from potential new Customers, help mediate complaints/concerns or potentially unsatisfied Customers, re-negotiate agreements, complete initial walk throughs and meet new Customer contacts, and build relationships with other Business owners/Supervisors.

Supporting Administratively_

  • Bring in new Customers and sales
  • Helping to provide general administration support services to Office Manager, CEO, Regional PCSR's, and other office staff
  • Use personal phone & computer to manage Partner & Customer Requests
  • Follow all tasks on team calendars
  • Conducting data entry (i.e. invoices, receipts, payments)
  • Gather all relevant information to create new Customer Profiles accurately
  • Assist with keeping files up to date
  • Coordinate with several departments about meetings, updates, jobs, etc.
  • Maintaining and organization of all documents and files
  • Light bookkeeping through QuickBooks (Payroll, A/R,A/P, Invoicing, Taking Payments, bank deposits)
  • Continue to stay up to date on new training for procedures
  • Finalizing estimates
  • Follow up with Customer estimates
  • Build relationships with all current and new Customers
  • Analyze data and complete reports
  • Prepare reports by collecting data using Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, take notes/meeting minutes to stay informed and on track
  • Assist on site for specific projects to maintain order, organization and communication with Customers and Partners
  • Cross train where applicable
  • Help recruit new Cleaning Partners
  • Assist with onboarding new Cleaning Partners

Supporting our Partners_

  • Assisting Regional PCSR's where appropriate
  • Assist Cleaning Partner Supervisors when generating new business and service programs
  • Helping to coordinate calendars, appointments and office meetings
  • Entering data using HouseCall Pro system
  • Maintain and update any schedule changes if necessary
  • Minimal rotating On-Call (phone calls)
  • May require schedule adjustments and finding coverage for shifts
  • Help cover other Office staff duties during vacation time
  • Flexibility to work shorter/longer shifts based on work demand
  • Assisting with advertising, recruiting, and on boarding new team members
  • Internal System
- initial training on app & manage Partners through the dashboard.

  • Ensure Health & Safety policies are being followed to the best of your knowledge.
  • Assist with scheduling where necessary
  • Call and follow up with new Customers to ensure quality services
  • Keeping all Customer and Partner files up to date

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15-30 per week


Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (required)
