In this full-time Sales Manager role, you will develop a business plan and sales strategy for the rental operation market that ensures the attainment of company goals and the growth of profitability.


The Role Details:
- $60,000 base salary plus commission

  • Start date as soon as possible

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Manage organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Handle discovery calls with the sales qualified leads, collect all business requirements of the client and prepare the statement of work.
  • Deliver sales presentations and online demos to a range of prospective clients
  • Conduct research and travel around if required to identify sport equipment rental and other new sales prospects to utilize the software
  • Implement planning and tracking of sales performance (daily, weekly, monthly) to analyze sales results continuously, propose strategies to maximize market penetration, and increase market share
  • Maximize Rentrax's market share through the development of professional business relationships, as well as maintenance of a high level of presence which then enhances customer satisfaction and increases awareness of Rentrax products and services.
  • Track sales goals and report results as necessary to measure and evaluate success on ongoing programs and activities
  • Develop and improve sales workflow automation in HubSpot while maintaining accurate records
  • Acquire product knowledge of the Company's software and its new releases, and similar competing products and services
  • Oversee the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals and setting individual sales targets
  • Hire, train and lead/supervise sales agents to acquire new clients
  • Aid in the professional development and coaching of current employees
  • Implement disciplinary action and terminations if necessary
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members
Individuals with the following traits, skills and experiences should apply:

  • 5+ years' experience in b2b SaaS sales field (preferably in one of competitors)
  • Post secondary education in Marketing and Sales
  • Excellent knowledge in online and digital marketing
  • Proven expertise working with Hubspot CRM
  • Motivated selfstarter with proven selling skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software
  • Excellent business development skills
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, bilingualism in Spanish or French is an asset
  • Team mindset with a collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
  • Deep belief in customer satisfaction with ability to build strong client relationship
  • Ability to travel internationally, if required
  • Goal oriented, organized, outgoing, patient and persistent
  • Experience in the rental industry is an asset
