We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued customers who service their vehicles at our dealership.

Your love of cars & dealing with the public coupled with your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your success as a Service Advisor.

Your Day to Day:


  • Create quotes & work orders for repairs
  • Consult with technicians regarding repairs/maintenance & provide options to customers including indepth information about available aftermarket & OEM part options
  • Work with parts department to determine part availability & scheduling of future appointments
  • Advise customers about warranty protections & potential cost savings

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 3 years' Service Advisor experience required
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of CDK or similar systems is an asset
  • A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
